The operator of Saitama Super Arena lists lighting from 17:00 to 24:00, with the first night starting around 17:30 for a ceremony. The site is a two minute walk from Saitama Shintoshin Station.
A Christmas market on the same square runs from 11 to 25 December 2026, noon to 21:00, with a white snow theme. The organiser says all electricity for the lights comes from biomass generation.
