The race is organised by the Saitama Criterium committee and the Saitama Sports Commission, with the Japan Cycling Federation as governing body and A.S.O. as co-host. The main race is 17 laps of a circuit of about 3.7 km.
Team time trials, women, junior and para cycling events run over a 3.3 km course. The official page lists broadcast from 14:30 to 17:30 on 15 November 2026, and a range of seated and roadside viewing tickets, several already sold out.
